yups there are only few games i play others are just one night stand 
anyways, triple jump can be accomplished by jumping from the object thrown, yes this works only for few objects like fence, wooden sheet (that comes from big wooden box).

lol i always threw cars in water, just tried that if you jump in water with holding cars will not kill the riders, so here is what i collected

preform double jump by throwing object and pressing jump again
press RT to throw and quickly press A and hold
this will come handy if your agility is low
